Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, with these exceptions:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Hosiery and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship your return to our Louisville facility using a trackable shipping method (see address below).
  4. Wait for processing – we’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
